The APWA Central Pennsylvania Chapter is returning to Knoebels Amusement Resort—and you’re invited! After an unforgettable event last year, we’re excited to bring the fun back for another day of rides, food, and connection.

If you’re a Certified Pesticide Applicator and need continuing education credits, this session will provide you with:
- Core: Pesticide Resistance
- Public Health – Invertebrate Pest
- Invasive Plants and Herbicide Control Measures
8:30 – 10:00 am: CDL INFORMATION AND LOAD SECUREMENT
The Pennsylvania State Police’s (PSP) primary goal is to reduce crashes. This class will review:
- What to expect during a roadside inspection
- Signs and mitigation techniques of driver fatigue
- Cell phone violations while driving a commercial vehicle
- Common examples of out-of-service violations on a driver/vehicle
- Inattentive driving
- Pre-trip inspections
- Load securement
